Custom Made Postal Tubes / Bespoke Tubes

With regard to custom made or bespoke postal or storage tubes, you have full control over the tubes length, diameter and even the wall thickness you want. Although large wall thicknesses may add significantly to weight, it does allow you to specify a posting tube that could ultimately be made to withstand even being driven over by a heavy goods vehicle. Although this is extreme you may wish to have extra heavy duty postage tubes made for valuable or very fragile products you are shipping out.

Strong postal tubes will inevitably have thicker walls and be necessary for wider diameter and very long tubes, even where diameter is relatively narrow. Whilst most of our cardboard tubes are destined for use as protection for shipping products, we are regularly commissioned to produce tubes for stage productions by theatres and for use in blockbuster British and Hollywood films where bespoke tubes are needed in small quantities.

Single custom tubes can be produced - but in reality the cost can be prohibitive for the potential buyer. We can however produce low runs for customers with limited storage and although short runs will attract a premium, we work hard to ensure that our prices do not prevent this being a viable option.
