Our 12" LP Corrugated Stiffeners / Layer Pads add even more protection to our LP & 12 inch record mailers.

We manufacture two different versions of the 12" LP Vinyl Record Mailer Stiffener. One for the Classic Corrugated MusicMax Record Mailer and the other for our MusicMax QP2 multi-depth record mailer & envelope style record mailers.

Our 12" record mailer stiffeners are a combination of two flute types brought together to provide great strength at incredibly light weight. Great for your records & great for minimising the cost of shipping your precious vinyl LPs.

These double wall 12" Record Mailer Stiffeners are 3000 Micron / 125KT- BE Flute & provide much greater protection than other stiffeners on the market. Both the MusicMax & our envelope style DEFENDA record stiffeners, strengtheners or pads cope convincingly with the weight of a full sherry bottle giving them ample strength to help prevent valuable vinyl LP's being bent whilst in the post.
