COVID-19 Information

As a company we have been operating throughout the COVID–19 pandemic.

The nature of our business meant that we were able, with significant adjustments, to continue to trade whilst ensuring social distancing for staff and for clients visiting our sales counter. In order to create sufficient space, significant numbers of office based sales & IT staff have been and are continuing to work from home. Whilst this has enabled us to continue supporting clients with their packaging needs, it does create some issues regarding efficiency and the speed at which we can deal with customers’ queries and ship goods — we therefore wholeheartedly thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding during these difficult times.

We firmly believe that organisations like ours — that can make adjustments to trade safely through the pandemic have a duty to do so — allowing the government to concentrate resources on businesses that have been devastated by the Coronavirus outbreak. However, in light of our reduced on-site staffing levels we would ask that customers wishing to collect items in person place orders via email, telephone or via the website with a follow up call advising they wish to collect in person.

Our disabled customers unable to purchase within the above guidelines can visit our sales counter and receive the help they’re accustomed to (conforming to social distancing guidelines) but will be required to pay contactlessly.

If your business is open to receive deliveries but looks closed — ANY NOTE indicating you are still receiving deliveries MUST BE BIG ENOUGH TO BE READ BY A DRIVER FROM HIS VEHICLE. 

Many carriers are now getting extremely busy & are assuming that businesses that look closed are indeed closed and are therefore not approaching the premises to read small notes that advise otherwise.  We are extremely busy attempting to prioritise our NHS & other FRONTLINE CUSTOMERS — something which is being hampered by a stream of customers chasing orders that have been returned to us due to delivery drivers thinking they are not open due to the Coronavirus pandemic.  PLEASE HELP US REDUCE THE NUMBER OF WASTED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS BY CLEARLY SHOWING YOU ARE OPEN FOR DELIVERIES.


Our retail counter remains open during regular hours, however we ask that you place your order before arriving in order to help us keep up with social distancing.

With the vast majority of items listed on this site being supplied without an additional charge for postage — you can shop with confidence that the price you see will be the price you pay at checkout.

The only time you may have additional charges is when you’re buying bulk quantities, very large items or you’re located offshore or in certain parts of the Scottish Highlands.

All of our prices are shown Inclusive of VAT and Free Shipping to MOST UK Mainland addresses.
