Strong Moulded Pulp Paper Caps
As
a mailing tube cap – the cardboard caps offered as an option with our
spiral wound cardboard postal tubes provide a fully recyclable closure –
helping you avoid the use of plastic altogether. They are undoubtedly
the most environmentally friendly postal tube stopper option &
represent a huge advantage over traditional plastic caps or bungs.
Protecting the environment and especially our oceans from plastics is
essential – making these great performing paper tube caps a 'must have'
for many clients and the perfect environmentally friendly cap for postal
tubes or mailing tubes being used to post your artwork, rolled items or
most things that fit into mailing tubes.
The
cardboard or paper plugs for our 2" diameter postal tubes are also
suitable for tubes from many other manufacturers and can be supplied
separately from our range of postal tubes if required. Postage of
eco-friendly postal tube caps is also available for international
customers – so if you are overseas please contact us for shipping costs.
As paper caps they can of course simply be composted or recycled through your normal paper recycling system after use.
Ideally,
like plastic caps our paper caps should be stapled in place using metal
staples with our strong postal tube stapler, but they can also be held
in place using our eco-friendly kraft paper parcel tape or packing tape
if preferred.
