Crossweave Filament Tape is the ultimate tape when it comes to strength.
Also going by the name of X-Weave tape, it is a very heavy duty reinforced adhesive tape with two-directional fiberglass filaments running though the tape making it incredibly robust, and nearly impossible to break or stretch, an excellent product where extra strength is required. The lateral & longitudinal glassfibre reinforcement provides breaking and tearing resistance in both directions.
Often used as an alternative to Polypropylene or Vinyl tape, its exceptional adhesive properties enable it to adhere to all paper and cardboard surfaces, and are often used for security sealing of high value products.
Its incredible tear, burst, snapping resistance and strength also makes it ideal for the sealing of heavy items – either in a protective outer box as used in house moving, or to bind irregular shaped items together for shipping or long term storage.
To obtain maximum performance from the Crossweave tape then please make sure all surfaces are damp free and clean prior to application.
