International Shipping

Due to the size of many products sold on this site, it is not possible to fully automate postage costs – as it depends on the combination of items bought as to how many separate parcels will be required &  therefore the absolute shipping cost. However, regular customers will know how many consignments their purchases require and can make single or multiple surcharge payments utilising the buttons below. (some very large or long items can not be shipped to some places through a parcel carrier even with the payment of the surcharge & will need to be sent using an alternative method. EU CUSTOMERS / BUYERS

Our normal carrier charges us per parcel — so we combine customers‘ orders into as few parcels as possible to reduce the cost of supplying all of our European clients with our products. The website automatically adds the relevant country shipping surcharge to your order. Additional surcharges (if required for multiple parcels) will be notified by a member of our team upon you placing your order.

Courier Customs Clearance Charge

Our usual carrier also charges a customs clearance admin fee of £5.60 which covers the whole consignment regardless of the number of parcels. This is also added automatically to the initial country shipping surcharge.

Incoterms

We supply goods to customers outside the United Kingdom on a ‘Delivered At Place’ or DAP basis. This means that we do not charge VAT on purchases destined for delivery outside the U.K. The prevailing rate of VAT / Taxes will be charged upon import by the destination country’s authorities.

We manufacture the vast majority of our products in the United Kingdom & additional import duties for EU buyers will not apply due to ‘rules of origin’ under the Trade & Cooperation Agreement between
the U.K. & EU — but an admin fee is sometimes charged by carriers to cover custom clearance  procedures.
