Timed Delivery Upgrades

Due to the size of some of the products sold on this site, it is not always possible to fully automate postage charges, as the cost is dependent on the combination of items bought as to how many separate parcels will be required to ship your complete order.

Next Working Day – Anytime and Fast-Track Delivery shipping upgrades are available across a whole consignment (multiple parcels)

whereas the following Timed Delivery Upgrades are applicable per parcel:

PM, Pre-9AM, Pre-10:30AM, Pre-12PM, Saturday Deliveries.
This means that if your order cannot be packed in any less than, say, three parcels you will be required to purchase three upgrades.

Regular customers will know how many parcels their purchases require and can make single or multiple surcharge payments utilising the buttons below.

Please also note that some very large or long items (generally those over 1.5 meters but in addition some other purchase combinations) cannot be shipped on these services.

Some Northern Scottish and Offshore locations do not have a next day delivery service available. If you’re unsure how many surcharges you need to purchase, whether you are eligible or whether your order will be under the size restrictions then please feel free to call us on 02476 422000 and one of our friendly team will be more than happy to check for you.

We will attempt to provide these services on items bought up to 4.15pm but purchases should ideally be made before 3.00pm. During periods of severe weather it may not be possible to provide exactly the same level of service as listed below. However, your items will receive priority over standard shipments.
