These fully overlapping postal boxes are designed to provide extremely high levels of protection for their contents while controlling weight and therefore postal costs.
The design essentially provides double wall protection at key points of the box meaning they are ideal when protecting things such as collectible models like Corgi & Dinky die cast model cars. Other larger boxes in this style are popular with customers posting out Lima, Hornby, Triang & Bachmann locomotives & carriages.
They can of course be used for many other items requiring a high degree of protection and are extensively used to post out sunglasses & other glasses.
